Networked storage
Network drives are disc space on central servers that can be accessed locally at computers, and used internally for document and data sharing.
Subversion
SubVersion is a tool for handling versioning of files (both data and software) and have multiple interfaces for version control like branching etc.
Microsoft services
For small collections of files, you can use Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. These are available through AAU agreements with Microsoft.
